Top SchoolJean-Philippe Bossuat is a cryptography engineer and homomorphic encryption researcher with eight years of applied experience building privacy-preserving systems from research to product. Based in Lausanne, he has held specialist and senior roles at EPFL, Tune Insight, and Phantom Zone before founding Ideal Rings Lab to commercialize advanced FHE techniques. His background combines a legal master’s in information technology security with deep hands-on cryptographic engineering, giving him a rare cross-disciplinary perspective on regulation, threat models and secure implementation. Known for translating complex FHE research into production-ready software, he focuses on practical efficiency and auditability rather than purely theoretical advances.
