Top SchoolJean-pierre Sierens is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building full-stack SaaS and e-commerce experiences from San Antonio. He currently leads mobile and web initiatives at Shop-Ware, shipping the company's first React customer portal, a cross-platform iOS/Android app pipeline, and a real-time chat system to connect shops and customers. Previously he pioneered Spartacus storefronts and complex payment flows for global e-commerce at Tacit Knowledge, and earlier became the go-to expert for an in-house Java templating engine in resort-focused projects. Jean-pierre blends hands-on implementation with team mentorship and deep engineering reviews, improving estimates, design feasibility, and onboarding. He favors pragmatic front-end modernization—gradually replacing Backbone with React—and has delivered end-to-end CI/CD for app distribution. His background in information management and business administration helps him translate product needs into maintainable technical solutions.
