Senior🎓
Top SchoolJean Ramos is a Technical Owner and solutions-minded software engineer with 9 years’ experience designing and shipping scalable web and mobile systems across fintech and commerce platforms. He has progressed from hands-on roles—building machine-state onboarding flows, error-definition libraries, and automated registration systems—to architect and lead positions at Deuna, Sofka, Globant, and now Banco Pichincha, blending React/React Native frontends with Node/NestJS backends, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. A former leader of his university software club, Jean pairs strong product empathy and UX training with formal studies in web engineering and user research, which he applies to simplify complex admin UX and integrations. He’s driven by technology’s potential to expand human opportunity and has a practical habit of turning manual processes into reliable, extensible platforms—an approach evident in projects that modularized onboarding steps and made backend-driven error screens possible.
