Top SchoolJean Tuffier is a seasoned mobile engineering leader and founder based in Oslo with 11 years of experience delivering robust Android products and guiding cross-functional teams. Currently Team Lead for Entur’s Onboard department, he blends hands-on architecture and code review with people management, OKR-driven planning, and stakeholder field research to improve product quality and reliability. Jean has a strong track record of modernizing apps—raising crash-free rates by ~30%, refactoring critical integrations, and migrating toward shared Kotlin Multiplatform architectures. His background spans consumer-scale apps at TIDAL to smart-home and TV platforms, and he routinely pairs technical mentorship with pragmatic project delivery. Colleagues would note his uncommon mix of deep Android craft, practical product empathy from direct user conversations, and experience founding a studio that keeps him entrepreneurial.
