Top SchoolJean Vasconcelos is a DevOps Engineer with 10 years of experience building reliable, scalable systems and delivering continuous delivery pipelines from Brazil's Santa Catarina. He combines deep Elixir application development experience with strong SRE and infrastructure skills—having led SRE teams, migrated platforms to Kubernetes, and improved observability and automation for startups and education tech. At Trybe he progressed from developer to technical lead, coordinating product priorities and shipping integrations with services like Zoom and Slack while ensuring operational reliability. Now at Hotmart, he focuses on platform reliability and DevOps practices at scale, bringing a pragmatic balance of hands-on coding and systems leadership. A computer science graduate from UFMG, Jean often bridges the gap between developer ergonomics and production robustness, favoring simple automations that prevent incidents before they appear.
