Top SchoolJef Neefs is a Scrum Master and seasoned test validation engineer with 9 years in electrical and electronic manufacturing, currently coordinating large-scale R&D backlogs across multiple sites at Barco. He blends hands-on test automation and CI expertise—especially Python-based tooling—with team facilitation to drive reliable product delivery for ClickShare. His background in electronics (MSc Applied Sciences) and early work building sensor-driven interfaces and test frameworks gives him rare cross-discipline fluency between hardware, embedded systems and software QA. An active contributor to the popular pycontribs/jira library, he has improved its testing and CI workflows and enhanced developer onboarding. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic architecture of test ecosystems and for turning complex integration challenges into maintainable automation.
