Top SchoolJeff Mascia is a Staff Software Engineer in New York with 12 years of experience building mobile-first products and platforms, currently shaping mobile core at SoFi after a long tenure driving iOS at Uber. He led merchant in-store and user growth efforts at UberEats, integrated micro-mobility into the rides app, and helped define core ride experiences as one of Uber’s early iOS engineers (Engineer #250). A two-time co-founder, Jeff brings entrepreneurial rigor from consumer mobile startups to large-scale product and platform teams, blending hands-on Objective-C/Swift work with product-minded technical leadership. His open-source iOS work (e.g., a flexible KLCPopup component) illustrates an attention to UX detail and reusable UI tooling that complements his systems-level experience. Educated in applied physics and electrical engineering, he pairs deep technical foundations with a knack for shipping delightful, user-focused mobile experiences.
