Senior🎓
Top SchoolJeff Maxim is a Vice President of Technology and hands-on software engineer with 11 years building web and mobile products, currently leading technology at TRX Training. A self-taught developer who rose through roles from instructor and front-end lead to principal engineer and VP, he blends product-focused engineering with curriculum design and team mentorship. His background in education and literacy (MEd from UPenn) informs a pragmatic, user-centered approach to building intuitive developer and consumer experiences. Comfortable coding amid real-world chaos (“can write code while a toddler is on my head”), Jeff is known for rapid learning, creative problem-solving, and shipping scalable Django, Rails, and modern frontend solutions. Based in New York, he brings a rare mix of classroom teaching, bootcamp instruction, and production engineering to bridge technical strategy and developer enablement.
