Senior🎓
Top SchoolJeff Prestes is a Blockchain Specialist with 12 years of software engineering experience, focused on architecting DApps and tokenization solutions for EVM-compatible networks using Solidity, Go, and JavaScript. Based in São Paulo, he has shaped blockchain strategy and implementation across industry and consulting roles—from leading smart contract design and permissioned EVM deployments at EY to prototyping cross-chain and ZKP-enabled systems at Panther Protocol and Panther-adjacent projects. He blends hands-on development (Foundry, Hardhat, Circom, Groth16) with product and team leadership, having hired and run engineering teams and taught smart contract programming to legal professionals. Comfortable with enterprise-grade stacks like Hyperledger Besu and CBDC/RWA use cases, he brings a pragmatic focus on auditability and business assessment alongside technical architecture. A longtime developer evangelist and architect, he pairs deep protocol knowledge with experience turning regulatory and commercial requirements into secure, auditable blockchain products.
