Top SchoolJeff Ridgeway is an advisor and partnerships leader with 12 years of experience scaling early-stage tech companies through go-to-market strategy, sales, and product positioning. He has opened and led U.S. operations for emerging platforms, negotiated complex deals, and helped founders sharpen investor narratives to improve fundraising outcomes. Blending consultative relationship-building with a knack for navigating unstructured markets, he drives technology adoption across diverse industries and explores climate-tech commercialization. An atypical mix of startup operator and mountain-first responder, his stint as a ski patroller has honed crisis decision-making and deepened his commitment to environmental stewardship. Based in San Francisco, he leverages both commercial rigor and field‑level climate insight to connect business opportunities with sustainability impact.
