Top SchoolJeff Warren is a founder, meditation teacher, and bestselling author with over two decades of writing and audio practice experience who now runs Home Base and the Consciousness Explorers Club to democratize contemplative practice. He co-authored the New York Times bestseller Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics, hosts the Mind Bod Adventure Pod, and reaches millions with guided meditations on Calm and Happier. A veteran journalist and former CBC producer, his storytelling blends curiosity about science, philosophy, and the messy human heart into accessible, often humorous teachings. He makes roughly half his work freely available via Substack and community broadcasts, reflecting his commitment to preventive, peer-driven mental health. Proudly neurodivergent (ADHD and bipolar), he prototypes customized practices for diverse challenges and increasingly brings that work into corporate and individual consulting. An adventurous thinker, he treats meditation as a creative medium—part craft, part experiment, part communal ritual.
