Top SchoolJeff Zhong is a Chief Architect with over two decades of hands-on experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise and ML-enabled information systems, now focused on productionizing transformer-based NLP and genomics feature engineering. He has led architecture, integration and cloud adoption efforts across federal agencies and finance clients, repeatedly turning complex, unstructured data sources—EMRs, medical literature, genomic sequences, PDFs—into deployable ML solutions that improved classification accuracy by over 60% versus legacy models. Equally fluent in Java, Python, Golang and C++, Jeff bridges deep technical implementation (TensorFlow, BERT/BART, DeepVariants) with executive advising and repeatable architecture artifacts—having authored dozens of designs and hundreds of reusable reviews. His unusual blend of computational biology graduate training and enterprise SOA/DevOps experience enables him to move research-grade models into ATO-approved production at scale.
