Top SchoolJefferson Silva is a Staff Frontend Engineer based in São Paulo with 11 years of experience building large-scale web products for companies like OLX, Record TV and Alice. He specializes in frontend architecture, observability and performance—leading Core Web Vitals initiatives, platform libraries and a framework-agnostic design system built with Stencil. Jefferson combines hands-on implementation (Vue, React, Stencil, AWS) with coaching and chapter leadership to raise engineering standards across teams. He’s known for abstracting duplicate features to boost developer experience and for introducing measurable frontend metrics into stakeholder conversations. A pragmatic problem-solver who “sometimes writes code,” he pairs practical delivery with a focus on long-term maintainability and testability.
