Top SchoolJeffrey Aftel is a seasoned content and documentation leader with 11 years of focused experience building and scaling technical writing teams at companies like HP, Wix, Gong, and now Silverfort. He specializes in transforming documentation into a strategic function—cultivating high-performing, risk-tolerant teams that balance independent ownership with collaborative practices. Jeffrey has led API and product writing initiatives, driven docs-driven product onboarding, and integrated documentation into platform and developer workflows. His background spans enterprise software, developer platforms, and user-facing portals, with hands-on experience in tooling migrations (FrameMaker to MadCap Flare) and embedded user assistance.
