Top SchoolJeffrey Blank is a results-driven CEO and product development leader with over 30 years of experience taking complex electro-mechanical systems from concept to high-volume manufacturing across consumer, enterprise, and B2B markets. He combines Stanford MSME design-systems engineering and an MBA with deep hands-on expertise in inkjet, additive manufacturing, optics, and materials—having conceived, led, or delivered 40+ products and scaled global engineering organizations. At Evolve Additive he now leads commercialization of STEP, a production-focused AM technology, after earlier executive roles at 3D Systems and Xerox where he built and scaled multi-hundred-person teams and multi-hundred-million-dollar programs. Known for marrying technical rigor with commercial strategy, he repeatedly translates novel technologies into reliable, cost-effective product lines and operational playbooks. Based in Portland, he balances executive leadership with a tinkerer’s curiosity—coding and making music in spare moments.
