Top SchoolJeffrey Chou is a software engineer with nine years of experience building scalable backend systems, developer tooling, and full-stack applications from startups to enterprise. A Cornell CS graduate now based in San Jose, he has shipped reliability and observability work at Apollo GraphQL and platform upgrade tooling at ServiceNow, and currently develops banking and insurance applications for financial customers. He blends systems and web engineering—GraphQL, observability, Angular, Go, and Solidity—with a research-minded approach honed during planetary science work at NASA, where he coauthored a paper and wrote analysis code in Python and Fortran. Comfortable owning end-to-end features, Jeff has also independently built developer-facing docs and codelabs and contributed to blockchain and DApp tooling, signaling a curiosity for emerging tech beyond day-to-day product work.
