Top SchoolJeffrey Koehler is a software engineer with nine years of experience building scalable, user-facing systems, currently at Streem.tech after contributing to Twitch’s notifications team. At Twitch he migrated a multi-destination notifications system to a microservice pipeline, scaled infrastructure to handle millions of messages daily, and helped unify VODs, clips, and stories under a single video asset platform. He designs for operational excellence, deploying AWS infrastructure with CDK and shipping RED metrics and monitoring to accelerate incident response. Jeffrey pairs backend service design with front-end experience from earlier Angular work and is independently building a customizable website platform for creator tools used on Twitch and YouTube. Based in Wisconsin and trained in computer engineering at Milwaukee School of Engineering, he brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to improving viewer and streamer experiences.
