Top SchoolJelle O is a Senior Product Designer based in Amsterdam with 10 years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products and design systems for startups and scale-ups. He’s shipped cross-platform experiences at TicketSwap and helped shape Montro’s marketplace as an early designer, owning critical flows from homepage to checkout while also contributing front-end code when needed. Comfortable bridging design and engineering, he has rebuilt multi-platform design systems and created tooling (Figma/Sketch plugin) to streamline design with real data. Now leading product design at an undisclosed company, Jelle combines a strong technical foundation—Cum laude in Communication & Multimedia Design—with a pragmatic, build-and-iterate mentality honed in a venture-studio environment. Notably, he favors designing for growth and operational simplicity, enabling teams to scale fast without sacrificing consistency.
