Top SchoolJelmer Cnossen is a multifunctional asset management consultant with 13 years of experience bridging chemistry, training, and technology in regulated biotech and public-health settings. Trained in chemistry and seasoned at Janssen, he designs scalable, didactic training programs and pilots learning innovation using video, e-learning and XR (including HoloLens) to modernize onboarding. He combines hands-on lab experience (PCR/RNA workflows and operations supervision) with practical skills in Python, basic cybersecurity, Six Sigma LEAN and Agile practices, enabling data-informed process improvements. Comfortable leading teams and coaching individuals, he translates technical complexity into effective, people-centered learning strategies. Based in The Hague, he brings a rare mix of bench-level biotech knowledge and applied digital learning expertise—what colleagues might call a “biotech nerd” who builds both assays and training ecosystems.
