Top SchoolJemima Luz is a Senior Software Engineer from Ceará, Brazil, with eight years of frontend-focused experience evolving from UI/UX design into React and Next.js specialization. She has a proven track record of improving code quality—raising coverage from ~20% to over 80% and turning a D-rated codebase into an A through systematic testing and SonarQube-driven remediation. Comfortable across Angular, Vue, React, Next.js and tooling like Storybook, Apollo, Jest and Testing Library, she builds production features and pragmatic custom solutions, including a CSS Grid Gantt chart that replaced a legacy library to unlock faster product iteration. Jemima also distills complex work into teachable formats—compressing 90 hours of material into a 9-hour frontend fundamentals course—reflecting her knack for organization and mentorship. Her background in systems and digital media gives her a designer’s eye and developer’s rigor, enabling ideas to materialize from concept to shipped product.
