Top SchoolJenna Price is a founder and seasoned Agile leader with a decade of experience helping organizations translate strategy into reliable delivery across defense, engineering, and startup environments. After a technical start as a software developer and associate engineer, she transitioned into program-level delivery roles—Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and SAFe Agile Coach—where she reduced friction and improved communication for large teams. Based in Colorado Springs, she launched Price & Purpose to tackle the costly breakdowns in organizational communication that she observed in enterprise programs. Her background blends hands-on technical troubleshooting (including tooling and dashboard automation) with program leadership, and she holds degrees in Computer Science, Biology, and a master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Notably, she has driven productivity gains through tooling and process improvements early in her career, demonstrating a practical, systems-oriented approach to scaling teams and workflows.
