Senior🎓
Top SchoolJennifer Dickinson is an engineering technical lead with 10 years of experience modernizing frontend platforms and uniting web and mobile stacks. She specializes in migrating legacy AngularJS systems into monorepo micro frontend architectures and aligning React and React Native patterns so teams can ship independently and in parallel. Jennifer blends architecture and hands-on execution—defining platform direction, building shared component and data platforms, and enforcing CI/CD and quality standards across multi-team environments. Lately she’s applied AI to engineering workflows, building tools that analyze code and ticket history to generate dependency graphs and migration plans that reduce tribal knowledge. Based in Azusa, CA, she pairs a UC Davis computer science background with a practical focus on developer experience, incremental modernization, and systems that scale across organizations. One less obvious strength is her knack for delivering migration paths that keep product momentum intact while cutting release risk.
