Top SchoolJennifer Dixon is a Senior Technical Support Engineer with a decade of experience bridging customer-facing operations and full-stack web development. She leverages deep answering-service and account-management roots to design human-centered tooling and scripted workflows that simplify complex systems for non-technical users. After Hackbright Academy she helped launch BLOOM, where she rose to lead engineer and CTO, building a React/Node/Firestore app to preserve Indigenous languages and mentoring teammates in version control and dev tools. Now at LaunchDarkly she combines hands-on software work with technical support to resolve high-priority issues and improve product experience. Jennifer’s background in training, bilingual support, and pseudo-code account design gives her a rare perspective on product usability, operational reliability, and pragmatic engineering. Outside work she’s drawn to community-facing projects and exploratory tech—she’ll try any framework at least once.
