Top SchoolJennifer Echenim is a product-focused software engineer and founder with seven years of experience building developer tooling and consumer-facing web3 products across fintech and blockchain. As Co-Founder of Bloccpay in Dubai, she’s transforming global payroll with stablecoin rails to enable instant, compliant cross-border payments—especially for talent in emerging markets. Her background spans hands-on frontend leadership (Nestcoin, Tangerine Africa) and core wallet and SDK contributions (Liquality, VeChain), giving her a rare blend of UX sensitivity and low-level blockchain integration expertise. She’s shipped TypeScript migrations, robust testing suites, and SDKs that improved developer onboarding and reduced errors and time-to-market. An active builder in developer ecosystems, she intentionally bridges developer tooling with real-world payments use cases—often optimizing for reliability and user protection (zero negative-balance incidents reported). Currently combining founder instincts with deep engineering craft, she focuses on pragmatic blockchain adoption rather than blockchain for its own sake.
