Top SchoolJennifer Silves is an experienced community-focused technologist with eight years in crypto, DAO governance, and token engineering, based in Seattle. She plays active roles at 1Hive, The Commons Stack, and Token Engineering Commons, blending marketing, SEO, and governance work to help decentralized communities scale. Her background includes developer advocacy and product-oriented roles at Open Source Ecology and Metaverde, where she translated technical concepts into practical outreach and growth. Deeply curious about DeFi economics, she focuses on governance and incentive design to make systems more equitable and resilient. Jennifer’s early experience in training and project management gives her a people-first approach to building technical communities. Outside work she pairs art-history sensibilities with pragmatic tech work, bringing a unique blend of creativity and systems thinking to complex problems.
