Senior🎓
Top SchoolJens Frandsen is a hands-on CTO and cofounder with 8+ years of experience turning prototype systems into production-ready products across chip design, firmware, embedded software and full-stack validation. He has led engineering teams at startups and scale-ups—most recently Catalysta and Økoskabet—and co-founded Donkey Republic, blending product leadership with low-level technical execution. Jens brings rare cross-domain fluency: FPGA and PCB prototyping, embedded C and BLE stacks, Java-based test frameworks, and CI-driven validation pipelines. He’s equally comfortable designing instrumentation for chipset validation as he is shaping architecture and Agile processes, and his background includes building widely adopted test frameworks and compact PCB concepts that bridged hardware and software teams. Based in Copenhagen, he complements his technical depth with entrepreneurial grit and a global perspective from extensive world travel.
