Top SchoolJens Jørdre is a Senior Consultant and seasoned technology leader with 11 years of professional experience and a PhD in high-energy experimental nuclear physics, applying rigorous, data-driven thinking to real-world systems. He has led architecture and development as CTO/CSO for multiple generations of Nahmii’s Ethereum scaling solutions, and currently consults on capital markets and public-sector analytics projects at Webstep. His work spans CBDCs, blockchain/Web3, FinTech, Big Data and Oil & Gas, combining low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems design with practical product delivery. Jens emphasizes value-based leadership—radical transparency, ownership and clear communication—to turn teams into innovation engines rather than task executors. He has a track record of translating complex scientific methods into scalable engineering (from medical imaging optimizations to national central bank sandboxes), making him particularly effective where correctness, throughput and immediate finality matter.
