Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJens Kasemets is a product leader with 10+ years of experience turning complex technical visions into customer-focused products, currently serving as Staff Product Manager at Pactum AI after a tenure as Chief Product Officer at climate startup Single.Earth. He combines deep product execution from earlier engineering and founder roles (including co-founding hardware and consumer startups) with operational leadership at scale from Wire and Klaus. Jens blends data-driven marketplace and billing expertise with a knack for building cross-disciplinary teams that ship measurable impact—most recently helping monetize nature through satellite- and ML-driven digital assets. A Hyper Island master's alum with a civil engineering background, he mentors startups at Creative Destruction Lab and sits on sailing governance as an Estonian Yachting Union judge, reflecting both entrepreneurial curiosity and a passion for competitive sailing. Not obvious from titles: his career threads product, billing and embedded hardware experience, giving him a rare perspective on both platform economics and edge-to-cloud product delivery.
