Top SchoolJens Taylor is an enterprise technology transformation leader with 13 years of hands-on engineering and product experience and a track record scaling high-impact supply chain and marketplace systems. He has led cross-functional teams at Amazon and Convoy to deliver multi-hundred-million-dollar savings and step-change improvements in delivery speed, retention, and marketplace efficiency. At Convoy he rebuilt the core marketplace to replace multi-day auctions with instant, ML-driven matching, materially improving win rates and costs, and now reports to the CTO as he leads Hershey’s enterprise-wide transformation. Comfortable in executive strategy sessions and in the weeds with engineers and data scientists, Jens blends an electrical engineering background and an MBA to translate deep technical tradeoffs into clear product outcomes. He also brings experience managing very large, distributed organizations—up to 120 people—and a history of launching new business capabilities like sub-same-day delivery. Based in Seattle, he pairs rigorous systems thinking with a pragmatic focus on measurable customer and business impact.
