Sr. Front End Engineer at Irresponsible Art
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States
Summary
👤
SeniorJer Brand is a senior front-end engineer and software architect with 13 years of focused experience designing interactive web applications, virtual training experiences, and high-traffic sites for public-sector clients. He blends hands-on development in React, Web Components, Unity and Go with architectural leadership and mentoring, having led application frameworks and teams at the University of Oklahoma and now at Clevyr. Jer operates comfortably across creative and technical domains—building Android/iOS apps, games, and experimental projects through his freelance studio Irresponsible Art—bringing a maker’s instinct (wood, metal, pixels and code) to production-grade software. He’s practical about shipping useful products for state agencies and nonprofits while sharing work via open source, and he quietly specializes in turning complex training needs into engaging, interactive learning systems.
