Top SchoolJere Käpyaho is an experienced software engineer and educator with 12+ years building mobile and desktop applications, digital audio/MIDI tools, and music production software, and a career that traces back to Nokia-era platform R&D and internationalization. As founder and CEO of Conifer Productions he turns ideas into cross-platform apps while teaching computing at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, blending product-driven entrepreneurship with academic mentoring. His technical breadth spans Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit/AppKit), Python, Rust, C++, Ada, .NET (C#, F#), backend/cloud services (AWS, Azure, Heroku), and practical machine learning—plus deep expertise in I18N/L10N and Unicode. Notably, he combines low-level systems skills with creative audio work, a mix that informs both commercial products and curriculum design.
