Top SchoolJeremi Joslin is an executive technology leader with 21 years of experience building open-source digital systems that strengthen social protection, identity, and agricultural data infrastructure for governments and international organizations. As Executive Director of OpenSPP and an active contributor to MOSIP and OpenG2P, he blends product-led engineering with policy-aware interoperability to deliver scalable, government-grade platforms. He has founded and exited startups (including Collabspot) and served as CTO and board member across SaaS and public company environments, giving him rare insight into both entrepreneurial scaling and institutional procurement. Based in Bangkok, he pairs technical depth in open-source stacks with on-the-ground deployment experience across development programs, and unusually for a tech executive, has formal training in horticulture alongside computing—reflecting a practical, systems-oriented approach to rural and social development.
