Top SchoolJeremy Champion is an engineering manager in Melbourne with 11 years of hands-on experience scaling high-traffic web platforms and leading cross-functional teams across retail, finance, and agencies. He moved from senior full-stack development into leadership roles—CTO, technical lead, solution architect—where he pairs pragmatic architecture with people-first mentoring and hiring practices. Jeremy has a track record of delivering rapid, impactful solutions (from a full-page Magento cache to a CMS rollout and a data analytics platform) and has guided teams through high-pressure incidents and large-scale traffic events. He thrives in consultancy settings, translating executive needs into technical strategy while building reusable component libraries that reduce debt and accelerate delivery. Notably, he was the first hire at a startup that he helped grow to ten people and launched rapid “solution development hack” products for clients including a mental-health charity, showing a knack for productizing consultancy.
