Senior🎓
Top SchoolJeremy Chatfield is a pragmatic technology leader and startup operator with 17+ years of experience rescuing product delivery and turning messy problems into repeatable processes. He co-founded and led businesses, acted as interim CTO/Tech Director and R&D manager, and drives product, marketing and UX strategy while preferring high-impact, part-time or advisory roles that replace himself. A hands-on coder in Ruby on Rails, he’s most valuable as a non-coding manager who hires and coaches teams, implements Lean/Agile practices, and collapses multistep processes (e.g., cutting multilingual release cycles from months to days). His background spans digital marketing, paid search automation, patent creation, and high-stakes due diligence and expert witness work, with repeat clients like Skype, Gumtree and Thomas Cook. Based in Milton Keynes, he’s well known for running rescue “tiger teams,” hosting the FATJIL tech meetup, and applying a systems-thinking Cybernetics degree to product and growth challenges.
