Top SchoolJérémy Dagorn is a Staff Software Engineer with 14 years of full‑stack experience, currently shaping admin experience and core services at Zendesk while mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions. He excels at taking MVPs to production with a pragmatic balance of maintainability and time‑to‑market, and has hands‑on experience across JS/React/Node, Ember, Rails, PHP/Laravel and AWS/serverless stacks. His background spans startups and scale‑ups—building clinician-facing apps at Robin Healthcare, reporting systems at RollWorks, and microservices at Ebates—giving him a rare fluency across front-end, backend, and infrastructure. Notable strengths include stabilizing complex legacy codebases (fixing cross‑stack bugs and adding e2e Cypress tests) and creating developer-facing tooling like a frontend module generator to accelerate delivery. Open to contract work for mission-driven orgs, he brings fast learning, practical leadership, and a knack for reducing technical debt while keeping teams productive.
