SeniorJeremy Gray is a technology executive with 14 years of experience helping insurance and financial services organizations translate complexity into competitive advantage through cloud, data, and AI strategies. As Microsoft’s Managing Director for Cloud and AI Solution Engineering in Financial Services, he blends engineering depth and an MBA in finance to modernize core systems, tighten governance, and deliver measurable outcomes for underwriting, claims, and customer experience. He has worked with nearly 100 financial services firms, using pattern recognition across platforms and operating models to accelerate transformation with reduced risk. Jeremy is known for decisive execution in ambiguous environments, balancing modernization with operational stability and holding teams accountable for outcomes.
