Top SchoolJeremy Herrman is a founder and CTO with 15 years of experience building products at the intersection of software, hardware, and manufacturing, currently leading Vision AI e‑commerce at Hero. He previously founded Plethora to automate manufacturing with robotics and advanced software, and co-founded Volition, bringing deep domain knowledge in production workflows and rapid prototyping. Jeremy blends hands‑on engineering—from real‑time telemedicine systems and immersive learning platforms to factory automation—with applied AI work at startups like Outerbase (YC W23). Based in San Francisco, he favors practical tooling for 3D/CAD, manufacturing, and AI, and enjoys repairing vintage Apple hardware and building pinball machines in his spare time. This combination of entrepreneurial grit, systems-level engineering, and a maker’s sensibility helps him turn complex physical-digital problems into shippable products.
