Top SchoolJeremy Jongsma is a hands-on delivery director and tech executive with 16 years of experience building cloud-native, secure, and scalable platforms for startups and large enterprises. He has repeatedly shaped architecture and delivery for complex programs—most recently leading global EV charging, payment, and loyalty platforms that span thousands of retail sites and 15+ AWS accounts. Jeremy pairs executive-level strategy and stakeholder communication with deep technical chops in devops, distributed services, IoT security, and automation, and he’s known for removing blockers quickly (turning multi-month problems into days). As a founder and former CTO he scaled product platforms to support rapid growth and successful exits, and as a practice lead he created PKI, zero-trust device provisioning, and serverless workflows that recovered large revenues. Based in Chicago, he hires and mentors teams to own outcomes and organically define their culture, while staying a fitness-obsessed, cloud- and devops-fanatic who still enjoys hands-on engineering.
