Top SchoolJericho Ruz is a versatile software developer based in Mexico City with eight years of experience building and leading engineering teams across fintech and tech services. He served as Developer Team Leader at Compartamos Banco before joining Conéctika.Tech, blending hands-on coding with team coordination and delivery. A generalist by trade—"jack of all trades"—he thrives on tackling diverse stacks and practical problems rather than specializing narrowly. Outside work he’s an avid reader and sci‑fi fan who enjoys videogames, heavy metal, DIY projects and craft beer, bringing a curious, maker-minded approach to software.
