Top SchoolJeroen Broks is an experienced contract manager and interior designer based in Eindhoven, with 11 years of hands-on experience bridging legal, commercial and operational roles across housing corporations, utilities and development projects. Trained in Dutch law (Radboud University) and steeped in project- and change-management, he has led large-scale moves, tendering and contract portfolios while delivering projects on time and within budget. Equally at home sketching restaurant interiors as a freelance designer, he transforms client wishes into practical plans and fittings—a creative muscle that informs his pragmatic contract work. Known for stepping into interim roles to stabilise operations, he combines legal insight with supplier evaluation and cost-control to drive improvement. Outside work he creates games and writes fantasy novels, a hobbyist streak that fuels his iterative, design-minded approach to problem solving.
