Summary
👤
SeniorJeroen Smeets is a pragmatic full‑stack developer with 12+ years crafting websites and mobile apps, specializing in the bridge between WordPress backends and native or Flutter frontends. He runs his own consultancy from Houten, building WordPress themes and plugins while delivering Android-native and cross‑platform Flutter apps that communicate cleanly with diverse data sources via APIs. His background ranges from Delphi-based BI systems to senior PHP/JavaScript roles, giving him a strong appreciation for interoperability and legacy integrations. Clients value his ability to translate technical options into clear, actionable roadmaps—whether a full rebuild is needed or incremental improvements will do. Hands-on and client-focused, he pairs code-level fluency with practical project leadership and mentorship experience. A subtle strength is his long habit of building systems that make disparate components “speak” to each other reliably.
