Top SchoolJeroen Van Disseldorp is a technology entrepreneur and CEO with over two decades of hands-on experience building real-time, event-driven platforms and leading large-scale digital transformations. He founded Axual to commercialize Apache Kafka–based streaming solutions that power real-time customer interaction, process execution and sensor data workflows across finance, logistics, retail and utilities. His background blends system architecture, product ownership and operations—from designing Rabobank’s Business Event Bus to advising energy and government clients—anchored by an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA. Known for pragmatic open source leadership from his Capgemini days, he combines deep Java/Linux expertise with a knack for turning complex integration challenges into stable, scalable production systems. Despite running a commercial platform, he keeps a developer’s mindset and an appetite for low-latency, IoT and stream-processing innovations. Based in Breda, he quietly steers Axual toward enterprise-grade “Internet of Business” use cases that other vendors struggle to operationalize.
