Top SchoolJerome Guillaume is a Senior Solutions Consultant based in Paris with over two decades of hands-on experience in API management, APM/NPM, and cloud-native technologies, currently shaping customer success at Kong. He blends deep technical fluency—Docker, Kubernetes, JEE/.NET, Python, and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)—with a proven pre-sales and post-sales track record driving large PoCs and multimillion-euro deals for enterprises like EDF, Orange and Total. Jerome’s background spans performance audits, team leadership and developer-focused tooling, giving him a rare perspective that ties low-level performance diagnostics to strategic architecture decisions. Certified in ITIL v3, he excels at translating complex infrastructure requirements into practical, scalable solutions and often surfaces latent operational issues before they hit production.
