Top SchoolJerome Hardaway is an AI-focused technology architect and engineering leader with 11 years of experience building production-grade systems that blend LLMs, data infrastructure, and user-centered design. Currently leading agentic AI architecture at Accenture Federal Services, he architects autonomous multi-agent solutions, RAG pipelines, and secure cloud integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. As founder and Executive Director of Vets Who Code he built an AI-powered open curriculum and Mission UI design system that helped veterans and military spouses transition into tech, driving over $20M in combined alumni salaries. His background spans Microsoft and CBS Interactive, with deep hands-on expertise in React, FastAPI, MLOps, and vector search, and he’s actively training models with DeepSpeed and deploying multi-provider fallback systems. Recognized by Presidents and major tech outlets, he combines rigorous SDLC discipline with a teach-first mindset—an educator who turns military operational experience into job-ready developer talent. Notably, he pairs enterprise AI architecture with grassroots impact work, shipping tools like the J0d!e teaching assistant and open-source NLP resume tooling.
