Senior🎓
Top SchoolJerome Sadler is a seasoned technology consultant, architect and co-founder with 11+ years of experience delivering AI, cloud and mobile solutions across Insurance, Energy and IT sectors. He has led large-scale programmes and product initiatives—from multispectral mobile imaging and machine‑learning exposure management to cloud migrations—combining hands-on engineering with strategic commercial impact (once driving a 40% sales uplift via AI-enabled product strategy). Unusually for a senior technologist, he pairs postgraduate study in Computer Science, Business and the Arts with multilingual fluency (English/French/German C1), which informs a persuasive, inclusive leadership and coaching style. Jerome is particularly strong on knowledge-management blueprints and translating emerging tech (Computer Vision, NLP) into production-ready capabilities for global customers. He co-founded FutureNow Solutions to keep a practical, experimental connection to cutting-edge AI work while advising major enterprises.
