Top SchoolJersey Su is a seasoned Quality Engineering manager with 11+ years building and scaling test automation and BDD practices across large web, e-commerce, and streaming products, now leading QE at Netskope. He combines hands-on framework development (Selenium, Appium, XCUITest, Pytest, Cucumber) and CI/CD automation with practical experience testing Big Data and cloud pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Airflow, GCP). Jersey has driven migrations (PHP→Node.js, RHEL) and cross-platform delivery from mobile and TV to on-prem OEM software, and has established enterprise bug-tracking and QA processes used by engineering and beta users. A frequent speaker and organizer in the Taiwan testing community and a published chapter author, he brings both technical depth and public-facing advocacy for testing best practices. Notably, he built UI automation frameworks from scratch for multiple teams and continues to merge hands-on scripting with managerial leadership to improve release quality.
