Top SchoolJeseekia Vaughn is a software engineer and community builder with 11 years of experience bridging front-end, full-stack, API development, and connected-vehicle systems while increasingly focusing on AI/ML. Based in Detroit, she co-founded Detroit Black Tech, co-hosts the trainX.ai podcast, livestreams her ML studies and projects, and leads multiple local chapters and education initiatives including Black Boys Code and Girl Develop It. She combines hands-on product work (lead developer at BeautyGoGO and owner of Fully Developed, LLC) with deep experience training and mentoring career changers through bootcamps and nonprofit programs. Notably, she has extensive event and conference leadership experience—serving as NSBE Convention Vice-Chair for a 15,000-person event—and is launching MetaDevWorld to scale her independent educational content. Her background in mechanical engineering plus practical IoT and API work gives her a multidisciplinary edge as she transitions toward a career as a machine learning engineer and, ultimately, a Ph.D.
