Top SchoolJesper Andersen is a technology executive and CTO with 11 years of progressive software experience, currently leading about 80 engineers at Stibo DX to deliver CMS and digital publishing solutions. He combines hands-on engineering roots in C/C++, Java, and TypeScript with strategic leadership in process improvement (CMMI) and Agile-driven delivery. Jesper has grown from core developer on a browser-based CMS to mentoring managers, shaping architecture, and aligning product, sales, and services around customer outcomes. He champions a culture of experimentation and measurable quality, balancing operational rigor with calculated risk-taking to keep the company competitive. Based in Aarhus, Denmark, his background in both academic computer science and deep product-domain knowledge of publishing systems gives him uncommon empathy for designers, journalists, and developers working together.
