Top SchoolJess Adjei is a New York–based design experience specialist and creative technologist with eight years of practice blending interaction design, research, and creative direction to build GenAI-infused tools, immersive prototypes, and product experiences. At Accenture she has driven UX research and end-to-end design for enterprise GenAI initiatives and digital transformations, translating stakeholder workshops and field interviews into actionable IA, prototypes, and design systems. Equally at home prototyping AR/VR games and coding interactive apps, she pairs hands-on development (C#, React, cloud tooling) with motion design and content production to communicate complex ideas. A committed STEM educator and mentor, she has led robotics programs, taught coding internationally, and serves on a nonprofit board focused on empowering low-opportunity students. Her work has influenced large pursuits (including a prototype tied to a $150M opportunity) and earned recognition for design-for-good outcomes, signaling a rare mix of creative storytelling and measurable business impact.
