Top SchoolJess D'elia is a founder and CEO with 16 years of experience building products that span iOS apps, Node.js/Firebase backends, and AI-driven systems. She’s launched multiple startups—one that reached a $250M valuation—and currently leads Peerhood, an AI introduction network focused on midlife transitions for women. Equally at home shipping production Swift/SwiftUI code and steering go-to-market strategy, she combines hands-on engineering chops with founder-level operational grit. Her background ranges from classroom teaching to sales leadership at fast-growth hardware and SaaS firms, giving her an unusual mix of empathy, revenue focus, and technical depth. Notably, she actually invented Hero Bread’s original formula and helped secure its $30M Series A, demonstrating product instinct beyond software. Based in Manhattan Beach, she still considers herself "always coding" even when company politics limit commits.
